I asked my team here at the office if they thought it would be helpful for them if I included them in the process my family and I have just begun of selling our home and buying another "major project" on some land nearby. They were excited about the opportunity to see the step by step process of me making an offer on a home for my own family, making remodeling and budget decisions, dodging major setbacks and surprises and ultimately (hopefully) coming out on top.

My first post in this adventure was about the humbling process of selling my current house (appraisal is today)! This was a "2 Year Flip" that turned into a six year stay. Life happens right?
