Do you know what your IQ is? Don't run and check, I am just curious to know if you have ever checked and then more importantly if you even care. I was recently Facebook tricked into taking a long IQ test (I thought it was short and I thought a friend actually personally sent it) and as my shameful pride started to kick in I was reminded of my own commonly used phrase when I'm interviewing a candidate for our team. "I don't care a whole lot about resumes and IQs. I care a lot about heart, drive and tenacity."
Now, I'm not saying I'm not looking for super smart folks, but I'll take a "doer" over a "theorizer" all seven days of the week.

The reason for that is the person actually doing things, testing, failing and tweaking is the one learning, growing, improving and moving forward. So here is the quick challenge of the week:
Where are you in your head too much? Where are you thinking too much and not acting enough? Do you need to make a career change, a diet change, a fitness change or add a new skill? Do you need to better keep your word in regard to past commitments?

Make the decision and get after it.
