If you or a very close loved one was diagnosed with a terrible disorder and needed treatment, I'm sure you would want the very best doctors that could be found. You would not settle for the closest doctor to your house, any friend or family member with a medical license, or even the doctor with the most ads in the newspaper. I'm confident that you would seek out the very best doctors on the planet who treat that exact disorder and drive, ride or fly to them as soon as possible. I'm also confident that you would defer to their expertise and follow their recommended course of action to heal and cure the terrible disorder.
My goal for my team and I is to be the equivalent of that world-class surgeon or doctor for our amazing clients. The comparison may fall down in that we don't cure life-threatening disorders, but we do help individuals and families make major life decisions and change the course of their lives to a reasonable extent. We are committed to being the very best trained, dedicated, prepared, involved and productive team of experts for our clients and friends. We have no desire to simply open doors and pound through paperwork for folks. Nobody wants a detached and disinterested representative anyway. Each year research shows that consumers feel like Realtors rarely put the needs of their clients before their own. Most folks think all Realtors are the same and perform the same tasks providing the same (but not very impressive) value. We have changed that.

Even in a "hot market" when new and part time agents rush back into the market, anything less than excellence in preparation, effort and strategy is a disservice to clients who put a large amount of trust in us.
