You may not care, but in case you do...

"Zillow has agreed to acquire Trulia so two of the least reliable sources of real estate data can now attempt to recreate the world of real estate marketing and potentially real estate representation." I sent that with my thoughts to a reporter this morning.

The only reason I share this with you is to say that there are likely to be rumors flying all over about how real estate agents will be out of business in the next year, two years or five years. This will possibly be true for the run of the mill, part time or part focused agents that we all know. BUT, for those of us who love what we do, dedicate ourselves to excellence and work hard to create world-class results for our clients, we won't be replaced by websites.

If you hear this massive transaction being discussed and anyone mentions wanting to buy, sell or invest in real estate soon, as always, pull out your phone, dial my number and I'll be happy to take phenomenal care of them.

My team and I are not going anywhere and we welcome the opportunity to innovate even further ways we can add more value to your life.

Have a wonderful week,

Todd
