I'm a little bit of a nut for the power of words and the importance of great communication. I'm by no means perfect, but I really love how influential the right word at the right time can be to a friend or loved one who needs an encouraging word. 

I'm always blown away at how powerful a card, an email or a letter can be when I receive one from a client, friend or family member. As a writer of articles, books and advertising copy, I'm always interested in these things.
