Lately, it seems like wherever I go everyone is talking about leadership. Everyone wants to be a leader. I think this is great except for the fact that some people are not equipped or gifted to lead yet. I say yet because leadership can certainly be learned.
I've spent the last couple of days in a training seminar learning how to be a better leader for my business and my family and friends, and the amount of information that is out there on leadership is honestly staggering.
So, I was thinking about you. I was thinking about how we are all leaders. No matter what, each of us has at least one person to lead. Ourselves!
Who is leading you? I believe that we have to learn to lead ourselves before we have the ability to lead anyone else well. So, today's challenge is to really think through who is leading you.
