I was driving the other day and saw this on the back of a truck in front of me:

I laughed, but then realized how common this is.

You simply can't be an expert at everything. It takes a lot to be great at something and we've all got a limited amount of time and energy to pursue that level of value.

My areas of expertise are real estate and small business marketing, youth ministry and communications. I have a few other passions and pursuits, but I'm certainly no "all jobs specialist."

In what area are you truly great? I don't believe you if your initial response was "none" or "nothing important." I'm confident that God created you with unique gifts and with a desire to share your abilities.

If you're struggling to find your greatness, it is possible that you have incredible gifts, but are not developing and sharpening them.

I was speaking with my team earlier this week about how we must focus daily on improving our abilities to serve our fantastic clients and our personal goals and desires and of course, I thought about you.

Let me know if I can help you do the same. Really!

Be unashamedly great today,

Todd Tramonte
