Three years ago, my life took an unexpected turn, and I suddenly found myself needing to return to work. After spending more than a decade as a stay-at-home mom, I’ll be honest, the idea felt overwhelming. I wasn’t sure where I fit anymore or what opportunities I could even pursue.
For years, my best friend had been telling me about her “incredible and amazing real estate agent.” I would laugh, because who raves about their real estate agent for years on end? But when she told me they were hiring, something in me lit up. I was curious. I trusted her. And I was ready for something new.
What I didn’t know then, but quickly learned, is that LOTS of people rave about the Todd Tramonte Home Selling Team. Over 870 people in Google reviews, to be specific.
In a city like Dallas, brokerages are a dime a dozen. But this team? It’s different. We’re about so much more than buying and selling homes. Our days are filled with giving back, hosting Peanut Butter and Jelly drives, collecting cereal for local food banks, connecting children from impoverished countries with sponsors, and celebrating our clients with ice cream parties and crawfish boils. Community isn’t a tagline for us; it’s who we are.
Today, I have the privilege of managing our media and client care, which means I get to share our stories and connect with people every single day. I help our agents with the letters, gifts, and phone calls that remind clients they matter far beyond a closing date. I produce our radio show, podcast, and YouTube channels. I manage our social media. I get to create, encourage, connect, and serve. It’s not just a job. It’s a joy.
Being part of this team has been one of the greatest gifts of my life. As a single mom, I feel supported in ways I didn’t even know to hope for. We carry each other’s burdens when life gets heavy, we celebrate each others wins, and we laugh a ton! When it comes to work, the people you surround yourself with and the leadership you serve under make all the difference. I’m grateful every day that I found my place and my people here.
