I joined the Todd Tramonte Home Selling Team in January 2016 as an Inside Sales Agent. Over the years, my role evolved as I gained a better grasp of how we take care of clients and how my god-given gifts can be used within the company. I have always had a love for leading others. I grew up in England, working in the service industry, leading teams at hotels and pubs. I’ve led in ministries at the church we are plugged into. Then, in my previous job as a police officer, I was put in situations every day that required strong leadership skills.
For the last several years, I have served as our team lead, overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, and leading our agents. I have the privilege of helping everyone on the team achieve their goals by training, equipping, and encouraging them.
I also have the opportunity to coach other agents across the country through our coaching and consulting company, Real Estate Growth Systems (REGS). Every member at TTHST benefits from REGS and grows from the wealth of knowledge within the group.
This team is special. It is a blend of work hard, play hard. Our goal is to never just show up and do a day’s work. We all look for opportunities to encourage others and push one another to be better. That is what continual growth is all about. If we become stagnant, we are not serving clients, each other, or ourselves at a world-class level. My hope is to continue growing as a leader. 
I was recently reviewing why I do what I do. The best way I could sum it up was that in my position, I have the opportunity to challenge, sharpen, lead, and impact others, who can then go outside of the workplace and do the same with their clients, friends, and family. It is an opportunity to, in some small way, help to impact generations of people. That is what all leaders should aim for: the opportunity to create long-lasting change and impact. The team does this for me, too. I get challenged and sharpened, and that helps me lead my wife and kids better.
I am so thankful for the men and women I get to work alongside each and every day, and I look forward to seeing who else will join us in the future.
