TTHST Team Member Experience: Multiplying Income and Family Impact.

Before joining TTHST, I worked in Corporate America, sitting in a cubicle for eight hours a day, finding ways to stay occupied and just make it to the weekend each week. There was no challenge, no motivation, no reward for doing a great job. I looked at the VPs and managers, the roles I was working toward if I stayed there for years, and all of them seemed miserable, too. I knew I needed to change something, but I didn’t know what. 

My wife and I had just had our first child, and our dream was for her to stay home to raise our kids, but my schedule and income did not allow that. Then, through a mutual friend, I was introduced to a TTHST team member and was told about the team, the culture, the fun, the income, and the impact on clients’ lives. It sounded too good to be true at times, but it was clear to me that this team was different. I did some research, and everything I found online and heard from other people reiterated the same story. So we took a leap of faith, and I got my real estate license, quit my salaried desk job, and began a new career. 

From Day 1, the culture and community I experienced were unlike anything I had ever experienced, and it’s only gotten better since then. I love how each of us cares deeply about our community and impacting the lives of our clients. We are driven to succeed and are always looking to grow in our role, and we all have a lot of fun along the way. We love friendly competition, believe in iron sharpening iron, show up daily to interact and grow together, set goals together to push one another, and celebrate together when we hit those goals. 

I spent my first year on the team learning, studying, hustling, growing, and implementing the incredible system that Todd built over his career, and I still made as much as I was making before. Then the compounding benefits and confidence kicked in, and I tripled my income in year 2. At that point, my wife quit her job to stay home with our growing family. I then quadrupled my income in year 3 and quintupled it in year 4.

Now in my 8th year on the team, I’m making more than I ever thought I would, and my family is forever impacted by the opportunities and lifestyle this career allows me to have. My wife still stays home with our four kids, they all attend a university model school where we can homeschool them part-time and attend school some days. I get to coach all their sports and be a present father and husband in a very busy household. Because of my success on the team, several friends have applied and joined as well, because the success here is contagious. I can’t imagine what life would have looked like had I not taken that leap of faith and jumped all in with the team. Years later, I still can’t imagine working anywhere else.
