Before working in real estate, I worked in the financial planning industry, one of the most competitive spaces in the Dallas market. On paper, things looked great. I was making a great living, but over time, I began to see a future that didn’t align with the vision my wife and I had for our family, especially the time and freedom we wanted to invest in ministry and people.

After many months of prayer and counsel, I took a leap of faith. I left my finance firm, got my real estate license, and stepped into business for myself. For 13 months, I ran full speed as a solo agent. I was producing, closing deals, and from the outside looking in, everything appeared to be going well. Real estate was exciting and unpredictable, a refreshing change from the structured hours of the finance world. But behind the scenes, I was overwhelmed, exhausted, and feeling the heavy weight of trying to do it all alone. The pressure began to affect my marriage, my home, and ultimately, my joy.

In God’s perfect timing, a close friend from church told me about the Todd Tramonte Home Selling Team. He knew the burdens I was carrying: the isolation, the exhaustion, and the desire for something more sustainable. At first, I wasn’t open to the idea.
