The response to my email a few weeks ago requesting introductions to fun and ambitious folks to join our team was fantastic.  We've hired one new buyer agent and have another well into our interviewing process.  We are still looking for great folks, so keep them coming and we will keep paying up on our steak dinner deal!

I'm always hesitant to bother you with these kinds of requests but then really encouraged when I hear how great you feel when you get to connect your great friends with our great team.  We always get to meet with awesome people this way. 

Here is another opportunity for you to do basically the same thing. 

We are legally limited to $50 when it comes to saying thank you for an introduction to a friend or family member who is buying or selling a home.  So, we sure as heck max that out any time you refer us to someone you know.  We also add you to our Raving Fan Club (if you are not already a member), which means you will get all sorts of fun gifts and value throughout the year. 

If you refer or repeat business with us more than four times per year, you are automatically inducted into our "Inner Circle."  Our Inner Circle members receive even more valuable and fun stuff from us and more frequently too.  Of course, I'm always looking for exciting and fun things to do for those of you who advocate for our team and trust us with your friends, so you never know what might show up in your mailbox, inbox or possibly even on your doorstep!
