Two days of rain when we were supposed to finally complete the lender required repairs. The lender gave us the green light on exactly what needs to be done, so once the weather clears up (hopefully Thursday) we will point and tuck cracks in the brick and paint the garage as well as a few minor inside items and then close ASAP after that. Most likely the house will be ours next Tuesday.
Our current house closes tomorrow and then we are renting it back until just before Thanksgiving.
Now that we have to wait on the plating process, we will be in limbo for longer than we wanted and have to figure out different moving plans as well as a different living situation for an extra 5-6 weeks. Fun stuff!
More to come soon when visible progress gets started.
P.S. Please share this with anyone you think would benefit from or enjoy seeing this process.
