My dad's side of the family is a big, energetic Italian crew and we take our Suca (spaghetti sauce) very seriously.  My grandma made it a certain way, my dad made a few minor tweaks and I've done the same, but for the most part, our family has made our sauce the same for generations.

But, this weekend I had to mix it up.  I had tons of fresh peppers growing in the garden, so I picked a handful and started experimenting with a sweet pepper spaghetti sauce.  I'll play modest and just say that we liked it.

More important than the taste of my Suca is the need to occasionally mix it up in life.  Where could you use a break from routine in your life right now?  Maybe you just need to drive a different way to work. Maybe you need to look a few people in the eye that you usually pass without care.  It could be a shakeup in your social calendar or even budget.

Let me know if this applies to you and you are willing to share where you may mix things up a bit.  I think it is healthy.

Have an awesome week,

Todd
