The reason I ask is that my goal is to help other people achieve their goals.
I know that sounds ridiculously cheesy, but that's how I lead our team.
If an agent on our team wants to take his family on an amazing vacation, I coach them through the process of achieving that by helping other people achieve what they want. If he helps families achieve their goals of owning great homes at really great prices with no hassle and frustration, then he will make a great living and be able to pay his bills, give to those in need and take his family wherever he wants.
Zig Ziglar said "You can have everything in life you want, if you will just help other people get what they want."
I believe God wired each of us to want meaningful relationships above all else, so my hope is that you'll share a little bit about the most important thing in your life and allow me to help however I'm capable.
The most important thing in my life today is being an example of Jesus to those around me. I'm really focused on how I love my wife and how my children see me love her. I want them to grow up knowing that Daddy really loves and serves Mommy well and I want them to learn how a healthy family treats each other. I'm open to any advice you have on those subjects!
