I have about 1,292 ideas per day. It is a blessing and curse, but we'll talk about that another time. Because of all of the ideas churning in my head, there is a sort of natural selection that happens with my team. The good ideas get filtered out and end up on a white board in the office or on a quarterly plan laminated and posted on a wall. The bad ones get laughed at and trashed.

You may be like me, or you may have one or two important projects, objectives or obligations that need some of your attention.

I'm committing to my team to take massive action this week on a big priority for us, which is hiring two new agents. I am going to do this by the end of the week.  (We are very selective, but I've set up a bunch of interviews already, so this is not happening on a whim.)
