Cole is our summer intern. I call him Coltrane and I'm pretty sure he doesn't like it. He is 20 and needs to learn about good music as well as the other things he is here to learn like marketing, sales, small business organization, strategy and team building.

Anyway, each morning we have a team huddle. We circle up in the office and share good news from the day or weekend before and then report a few key numbers. Cole has a habit this summer of saying "nothing" when I ask him what his good news is.

I've been feeding him his lines all summer now and I'm trying to get him to say "I'm alive and free in America" every single day unless he has something unique to say. I'll keep after Cole, but I wanted to ask you what your good news is for today or from the weekend, last week, month or even several months.

So, what is your good news?

How can I celebrate with you?

Any new opportunities I can help you capitalize on?

Keep me posted,

P.S. My good news is that we are launching a new advertising campaign to expand on one of our areas of specialization - Homes on Land. I love this "niche" as I've always enjoyed being on open land. Let me know if you, a friend, co-worker or neighbor is thinking about buying or selling a home on 1/2 an acre or more!
