I strongly recommend that you read The Compound Effect by Darren Hardy. I may have even recommended it to you before. I talk about it with my team almost daily. It is about how you can make massive progress or changes with small and relatively simple effort. Nothing "woo-woo" or over-hyped in this book, just common sense and proven thinking behind getting to the outcome or destination you want in life.
