Almost ready? I want to buy you dinner at Bob's

I'm always on the lookout for really great people to join our team. Lately I'm finding a bunch of folks that are "almost ready" to make a change in careers or "almost ready" to follow their dreams. I'm hoping you can do me a very quick favor and think through who you know from your neighborhood, your office, church, softball league or an old college buddy who may be considering a career change. I'm looking for two really fun and outgoing people to work with our awesome home buyer clients. I'll gladly buy you a delicious steak dinner at Bob's or your favorite steak house for a successful introduction. 

Also, I want to encourage you to go ahead and leap over the fence in the areas that you are "almost ready" to do something great. Succeed, fail, fumble a little bit, but just get after it. Life is a gift and I'm hoping we can encourage each other to take full advantage of our opportunities.
