It is February first and there went almost 10% of the year already.

Can you believe it? Somehow, without planning at all, each year on 2/1 I have the same exact thought. Am I on track?

I try to run down my goals (or better said, commitments) for the year and see if I've put in the effort to get out the results. A lot of the time, the results are a lagging indicator meaning they take some time to see and to validate that I made the right choices in what effort to put in. For a lot of my goals, 8.7% of the year (32 days) is enough time for me to get a feel for my pace and to make a course correction to get back on track, stay on track or to get ahead.

Even the goals that take much more time to achieve can be checked to make sure they are getting the appropriate amount of focus.

How are you doing on your goals for this year?

How is your input vs. your output?

How can I help?

Have a highly productive week!
