Steph Waddle serves as a buyer’s specialist on our team, bringing nearly two decades of marketing experience and a lifelong passion for real estate to her clients. A Texas native, Steph grew up in North Garland before spending more than 20 years living in California and Florida. Her career took her across the country, spanning leadership roles in graphic design, digital marketing, partnerships, and business development. While she enjoyed the opportunities that her career provided, she eventually realized she wanted something different: a career built around people, relationships, and helping families navigate one of the most important decisions of their lives.

Steph’s background gives her a unique perspective. She understands how to communicate, negotiate, solve problems, and serve people at a high level. Those skills, combined with her genuine enthusiasm for real estate, make her a natural fit for helping buyers find the right home. She was drawn to our team because of its culture of excellence, collaboration, and the sincere desire each team member has to see others succeed. Her positive attitude, strong work ethic, and care for people are evident in every interaction.

Family is at the center of Steph’s life. She and her husband, Steven, live in Frisco with their four dogs, who unquestionably run the household. She enjoys cooking, grilling, gardening, spending time with family, and anything involving sunshine and water. Whether she’s boating on the lake, deep-sea fishing, or gathering around the table with loved ones, Steph is happiest when surrounded by the people she cares about most. After years away, she is grateful to be back home in Texas, close to family and serving the community she loves.
