Jason McPhaul’s journey in real estate is both a personal passion and a continuation of a proud family tradition. Originally from Austin, Texas, Jason moved to Dallas 12 years ago, bringing with him a rich heritage in real estate that dates back to his great-great-grandfather, the first black real estate developer in Austin in the early 1900s and namesake of an Austin neighborhood.

At the core of Jason’s professional philosophy is a conviction to use his gifts and talents to help others find not just a house, but a home for their families, and to assist clients in securing one of the most important assets for building wealth. His enthusiasm for working in the North Dallas area is palpable, as he leverages his extensive knowledge and personal experience to serve his clients with dedication and integrity.

Jason has been married for 11 years to his wife Hannah. They have three children: twin boys, 8, and a daughter, Olivia, 5, who are the greatest joy of his life. In his free time, Jason is an active father, coaching his kids’ sports teams, and a devoted husband, enjoying regular dates with his wife. His love for physical exercise extends to football, basketball, and baseball, and he cherishes cross-country road trips with his family, exploring new areas and creating lasting memories. Jason and his family are passionate about serving at Watermark Community Church.
