The Todd Tramonte Home Selling Team is, by design, a small and highly focused team.  We are the only team at Market Experts Realty which is owned by our broker and marketing specialist Todd Tramonte.  Our intention and our commitment is not to be a huge agency.  Our aim is to provide world class expertise and advice to a select group of home sellers and home buyers each year.  This year, we will work directly with just over 100 families or individuals.  While the average agent sells five to seven homes per year, we are equipped to handle noticeably more while maintaining impeccable standards for client communication and service.

We do receive a significant number of requests for our services each month, but chose a small percentage of those to represent.  While this is counter to the standard approach in residential real estate, we are confident that it is in the best interest of our clients, our team members and ultimately our industry.
