When Grady Dill considered changing jobs, his goal was simple. He wanted a role where he could solve problems and help people. The idea of leading people through the process of buying their next home and tackling all the challenges associated with it excited Grady. The team’s commitment to positively impacting clients beyond the sale, the close-knit team atmosphere, and the focus on providing expert-level immediately attracted Grady.
Before joining the team, Grady worked in a leadership role within YoungLife for four years, where he utilized his leadership skills and love for people to serve both volunteer leaders and high school students.
Grady is a lifelong resident of DFW. He grew up in Frisco and currently lives in the University Park area of Dallas. He loves cheering on the local sports teams and enjoying all the top-notch dining options the Metroplex offers.
Grady attended Oklahoma State University. He married his wife, Kelly, in October 2022. They have a King Charles Cavalier Spaniel named George. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, watching sports, hanging out with friends, and finding a good happy hour. He and Kelly are involved at Eastside Community Church.
