Main House
The property’s 6,355 square-foot main house is the ultimate home for hosting friends and family. Huge inviting, living areas provide ample space for guests. The JEH Equestrian Ranch is fully built out and ready to meet the needs of the horse owner looking to stay close to the city. A short walk from the main house sits the first of three barns.
- A 4,105 square-foot barn features six 12-by-12 foot stalls in addition to a wash room, feed room and tack room.
- Additional barn space is available just up the driveway in the form of the 2,664 square-foot 11-stall barn, which also includes 12-by-12 foot stalls and a tack room. The owner ensured the barns were built to last, made from brick and insulated. They include automatic doors at each end.
- A third 2,400 square-foot barn with an overhead garage door provides a perfect place for additional storage.
