Andrew Smith - Dallas Buyer Specialist, Realtor

Everyone who works in sales starts somewhere. For Andrew Smith, he got his first taste of sales when he was nine. The young, aspiring entrepreneur sold baseball and football cards to middle schoolers on their way home!

Growing up around parents and family who are entrepreneurs, Andrew Smith had long considered the idea of building a business of his own, specifically within the world of residential real estate. Andrew now serves as a Realtor and Buyer Specialist exclusively helping buyers get into homes in Dallas-Fort Worth. He has a knack for systems and execution so he serves informally in operational roles on the TTHST as well. He also is the best-selling co-author of The Ultimate Guide to Buying Your Home which rose to #1 as a Best-Selling Book in Real Estate on Amazon!

Andrew and his high school sweetheart Becca moved to DFW in 2013 shortly after their wedding. Their college years forced them to date long-distance for four years while Andrew attended Baylor University (sic’em bears), graduating with a degree in marketing, and Becca attended Mississippi College. While Andrew misses the happy and delicious Cajun culture of his hometown of Lafayette, Louisiana, he loves the diverse opportunities that living in Texas provides and the buzz of living in a big city. Their heavy involvement and investment in both Watermark and CityBridge Community Church has helped them to plant deep roots in DFW.

Andrew and Becca have three kids. Nora is in kindergarten and loves school. Cole is 3 and his fun and dangerous antics are challenging the parents in many ways. Meanwhile, Owen is a sweet cute baby! Andrew enjoys every second that he gets to spend playing with his fun and energetic giggle monsters.

In their free time, Andrew and Becca devote a huge amount of time to people they are passionate about: relationships with their neighbors, their church, and ministries like Young Life. Andrew also enjoys working out, playing basketball, watching sports, following the latest installment in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, indulging in ice cream from the best local creamery called Tongue in Cheek, boasting about Stance socks, and digging into books about leadership and continuous improvement.
