Mature trees are abundant throughout the neighborhood along the streets and on virtually every lot. Casa Linda Estates also has a wide variety of home styles ranging from small cottages and ranch style homes to tudors, contemporary/modern and even English-style homes. The original land developer was fond of the Spanish-style architecture, which is apparent in the design of the Casa Linda Plaza shopping center that they also developed, and the streets in the neighborhood are named after Spanish words and themes.
